Topic: Finally, March is here weigh-n Monday
Hi all:
Hope you all had a good week in the weight-loss (or maintenance) department. I'm up a bit again, but I didn't run as much last week as I have been. I also managed to get a head cold (again!), which is sapping my energy. Oh well, this too shall pass.
Starting weight: 298.4 lbs
Last week: 138.6 lbs
This week: 140.1
Gain of 1.5 lbs.
I also ate out twice over the weekend--nothing too bad, but I munched on salty tortilla chips last night, I'm sure that didn't help.
Is spring coming?? I sure hope so.

I know that REI carries Moving Comfort and some other brands. I don't know about that particular model, but you can definitely try on there. They also have a lot of good workout clothes.

I am going to buck up and head to the burnsville on next Saturday, if I can rustle myself out of bed that early. :)
Topic: Coffee in Stillwater on Saturday, 3/10?
I'm 4.5 years out from surgery and doing well. I'd like to get together with fellow weight loss surgery patients in Stillwater at the Daily Grind Coffee shop downtown Stillwater on Saturday, 3/10. Anyone interested??
Topic: RE: Support Group South of the River?
I'm not going to the 5k next Saturday, but two or three others from our group will be there.

Thank you Kim! I wasn't able to make it today but will try and get to Burnsville next weekend. Sounds like fun.

Hi everyone. Sorry I have missed the last two weeks of coffee and will not be able to come on the 10th either as I'll be doing the Irish for a day 5K with my daughter. Is anyone else is going to be there? Let me know and I'll look for you there! Otherwise I'll see you all on St. Patrick's Day! =)
