Hi! My name is Melissa. I am sort of new here. After over a year of jumping through my insurance and the surgeon's loops I finally have my surgery scheduled! May 7! Now, I am looking for anyone with experience with United hospital or Dr. McGreevy through St. Paul Surgeons. Want to make sure I made the right choice

Just a reminder to everybody who is doing the race tomorrow. If you are coming to breakfast at Keys afterward, bring a change of clothing. NOT because we are worried about you being sweaty or stinky (that will be me, LOL), but if your clothes are wet, it is very easy to get a chill after a race.
It makes a huge difference just to be able to put on a dry shirt afterward--you will feel much warmer. (This is the voice of experience
