SO I had my last appointment today and found out i am positive for the stomach bacteria! I am working with PNC and things have been outstanding. The bariactric doctor said this is a simple treatment of antibiotics and while I am waiting for insurance, I can receive treatment and be ready once the decision is made. 

They were also very receptive to my request to fastrack the process. I am a teacher and it is imperative that I get the procedure prior to school starting or I wll need to wait until Christmas break! NOOOOOoooo. SO they are going to see if they can submit next week...be sleeved before school starts!!!

Latrice - I think you were in the pre-op class with me on Friday the 22nd.... we were the only two sleevers...

So its happened once before BUT yesterday it happened again, after I ate some shrimp (maybe a cup cooked)I had the worst stomach cramps EVER! Like I ate a rock.
I have found that some GasX helps.

Now I'm eating some chicken salad with very little mayo and crumbled up bacon and suddenly had the same feeling.

Anyone else experience this? Explanations?

Thank you! they have nothing like that up here! I do not get to St. Paul too often and when I do it is for an endoscopy or other post surgery apts.
