hi all..........woohooo hoo hoo...Ihave now offically lost more than I currently weigh...reaching my first goal weight last week!! and exceeding it by nearly 4 pounds.Only you fellow OH'ers understand just how wonderful this feels.......thanks to all of you for your support and friendship!!

WOW, this is HUGE. I myself was asked to run a 5k today and said no way. I cant even run yet. Walking is fine for me but not running let alone a 5k. I'm so excited for you and I am so happy you can do this. Its a goal of mine to be able to do exactly what you are doing now!
