What sort of post-op diet are you on at 5/6 weeks out?
Every surgeon is different, so you should really just plan ahead and take very easily digestible items with you. Protein powders, hard boiled eggs that you can mush into egg salad, cheese, etc. and lots and lots of bottled water so you don't become dehydrated.
And truthfully, I don't know what kind of camping conditions you'll have, but I personally would bring wet wipes for bathroom calls, especially that early out.

My mind is made up and I WILL lose all my weight. 18.6 to go. They say the last 10% of the weight is 50% of the work. Hang in there and MAKE it happen.

Hey guys! I know I haven't been to coffee for a very long time but I'm on OH several times a day and get encouraged by what you all have to say. I'm still trying to get this last 20 lbs off. I've only lost .2 in the last month. That point two. Super slow. At this rate it will take 3 more years. Lol.My mind is made up and I WILL lose all my weight. 18.6 to go.

We meet at the Byerly's in the Caribou coffee shop. Generally, we use the big long table, and you can't miss us.
Can't wait to see you then!
