Holding my own at 168.  Starting weight was 233.  Can't budge.  Sooooooooooooo frustrating.  I have 18 to go to goal and 9 to go until normal BMI.  Don't think I'm going to make it.

It's still so weird to be able to only eat such a little bit!  I know that won't last forever... it's just so odd to just pick at a plate of food for a bit and barely eat anything, feels so much better than stuffing myself past full all the time.  :)  Aiming for minus 50 next week.

Starting/Highest Weight: 313
Day of Surgery: 300
Last Week: 271
Today: 265.4

Last week I spoke of the great victory while doing the three story house remodel that really kept me moving. Apparently the "water " loss portion of the weight was closer to 3 liters (4-5) pounds.
I try to keep it all into perspective and can understand the frustrations of women over the water retention issues. Anyway I am UP about five pounds from the changes on the trip home, but hey, I have alwways looked at this as a range, not a single weight point. I will carry on, but still need to STOP the snacking I tend to do more at home than on the road. So that is my challenge this week.

236 today.

I am having up and down days within a half pound for what seems like forever!  But today is a down day for weigh-in so i'm taking it!!

Starting weight:  235
Last week:  169.80
This week:  169.20
This week:  Lost 0.60 lbs.

I need to be 169 exactly or less to get a normal BMI.  I have been hovering around it but can't seem to break it.  So close!  My goal is to be a normal BMI (with clothes on) for my six month checkup on July 19th.  Fingers crossed!

I had Dr Schwartz @ Abbot and have had excellence experience.  I haven't heard that he has left and have my 6 month next week.  The whole clinic and staff are great!  His work has helped me lose 183 pounds so far and 133 post op.

Paul mentioned Dr. Drew and Dr. Schwartz with Abbott, but I had Dr. Chute, who is also one of their partners.  Although I thought Dr. Schwartz left?  Not sure, but I love Dr. Chute!!  He is mild-mannered and reserved, but an excellent surgeon.  He has always been very willing to answer my questions and very caring.  Also, I've had zero complications or problems--I know that's anecdotal evidence, but he's been great for me!!

Perhaps I am starting to even out, which is good.  I still feel like I am eating like a pig, but today I am up a slight bit.  That's okay by me.

Starting weight:  298.4
Last week:  144.5
This week: 144.7
This week:  Gain of 0.2 lbs.

I'll be quite happy just staying at this weight, although I wouldn't mind getting stronger.  I'd like to hope there's a 10K in my future, but maybe not until next summer.  We'll see.
