Another Monday, and I'm up again a bit. Not a lot, but it's a trend I don't want to continue. Perhaps it's muscle?? she asks hopefully...
Starting weight: 298.4
Last week: 144.7
This week: 145.1
This week: Gain of 0.4 lbs.
I will say that my weight was 143.8 after my run (and after breakfast and coffee), so perhaps it was water. See me justify?
Lately it hasn't been an issue, b/c I have been eating too much. I am working hard to find the balance...
Better off doing the resting metabolic rate test that they have at some gyms - it calculates resting rate - meaning how many calories you are burning just being alive - not even counting activities. That will give you a better idea of how YOU are burning - not a calculation.
I also can highly recommend Dr. Raymond Drew at Abbott - he is very nice and makes sure patients questions are always answered!

I too had a fun comment when shopping with my hubby yesterday. I tried on a dressy dress at Clothes Mentor in St. Cloud and it was a size 8. The sales gal wanted to see me in it. I showed it to her and said it makes me feel skinny and she said "well, you are!" That was soooooo fun to hear.
Sorry about the sweaty and stinkiness on my part. :-) On the other hand, I got my exercise in today too!
