I have eaten some bad things this past week but amazingly managed to still lose weight.
Just so I can be accountable..it was a piece of cake and two small bowls of shredded wheat cereal and two half bagels with regular cream cheese. Not all on one day but this past week. Bad girl!!!
Highest weight:250
Starting weight: 235
Last week: 167
This week: 166.2
Lost .80 lbs.

Exactly Renae! I guess I've learned a little bit this last year. You too it sounds like.

Sounds like you did great on vacation, Julie! Sometimes it's okay to splurge--now we know how to get back on track.
Before surgery, if I splurged it became an "Oh well, I blew it already" and then I just kept on eating. Now I know how to turn it around.

Great job Dave!! We went on vacation last week. I ate like a pig. Really!! I gained 3.4 and today only up 1 lb. It was totally worth it.

Hi Michelle: Good for you for refocusing your attention and getting back to it! You will do well--your tool still works, just gotta get back to the basics!
We have a weigh-in thread for accountability that we post every Monday. You are welcome to report weight and activity in that thread if you like--it's available for anyone that wants to keep track and get support from others working toward the same goals--as are we all.
Hang in there, Michelle and come back often. Also, I don't know how far you are from the Twin Cities, but we have a great group that meets for coffee every Saturday morning. If you can come, you are very welcome. This Saturday it will be at 8:30am at the Panera Bread in Burnsville Center.

Hi All:
Not a bad week for me. My weight stayed the same, which is fine with me. I ran 5 miles again yesterday, and picked up the pace quite a bit on the first 3.3 miles, which I ran with my daughter. She keeps me going.
Starting weight: 298.4
Last week: 144.1
This week: 144.1
This week: No gain or loss.

Under the "My OH" tab you will see a link called "Surgeries". This should list your previous surgeon. You can click on the "x" and it will delete it.
I hope this works for you!
