I'm in the same boat you are. I started out almost 4 years ago (Oct. 12) at 315 lbs. I'm 5'3" and got down to 140. I'm going through a wicked bad divorce and have gained 40 back. SCARY!!! I went from a size 4 and sadly gave in and have bought a couple of pairs of pants I"m back up to an 8. Enough's enough. It was too long a journey to let this happen. I'm on board with you! Good luck!

Hi, I am in Big Lake, and I am 20 months post op and have reached my goal. There is a support group in Elk River at the Elk Health Center on the 1st and 3rd Monday nights at 6:00. I can get you more info if you PM me. Carol

I do hear that those conferences are really good. I don't think I can make that one, I am leaving on my third trip to the east coast next Wednesday,, wi**** was six weeks earlier.

Still trying to get into better journaling so I know where I stand but down again, it will be 4 months tomorrow and am at 218 now, whoopee. Really glad to have found the saturday morning coffee group.

I stayed about the same (-.2) this week. Still a loss, maybe? :) I had a really salty dinner Sunday night and a few more bites and tastes than usual which I think both slowed me down. Next week- hoping for -65.
I have a garage sale this weekend, then will catch up with you all more regularly at coffee after that.
