 At this time I plan on being there; but not next week, going to the Allina WLS seminars.   Get some of my needed CEU's that way too.

We are out of town for the next few weekends - so I will miss again!  Hoping to get there once the hunting starts and we put the bikes away.....sad to have to do, but glad to see my coffee peeps again!

I'm happy to report that I am making positive changes and it showed on today's scale==down a lb since yesterday, so that's good.  (Got rid of that 4 in the tens digit, anyway.)  Not that 140 is bad--my goal weight was 150 originally, then I changed it down to 145.  But having stayed at 137 or so for a couple of months, it really freaked me out to go back up.

I'm glad for the freak-out.  I want to keep that kind of reaction, because it makes me react in a good way. 

So glad to see that yo uall are making positive progress!  Yay for us!!
