Mid-holidays weigh-in post
Okay, I missed on Monday, sorry about that. Just checking in with a reminder that we should not forget our goals in the midst of the busy holiday season!
The cookies have been calling my name, and I have been answering. The gym has been calling my name and I have been ignoring it. Neither of these things is helpful to maintaining.
Somehow I still have managed to stay the same on the scale. I'm probably losing muscle and gaining fat, so it will catch up with me. I dragged my butt out of bed for a 6am Cardio class this morning, and then ran a mile, so that was good. (I weighed myself AFTER that, so that was also probably wise.)
Starting weight: 298.4
Last week: 139.8
This week: 139.8
No change in weight
If you are around and have the time, please come to coffee support group tomorrow. We are meeting at 8:30am at the Panera Bread in Burnsville Center. We have a great time, and learn a lot from each other. It's worth the trip!
