Resource info and advice how to choose?

Can anyone recommend a psychologist or pyschiatrist who specializes in GBS and RNY?  I had my surgery in 2004.  Or even a good PCP who gets it?  My PCP moved and I haven't followed up with anyone for a long time and it would be so nice to get back on track.  Thanks in advance!
