Ok I am honestly pissed off at the Ins lady at abbott she has now messed up my approval 2 times!!!First she sent my approval off and i got a approved for a lab band..she sent the wrong code to them, then she recalls when i was the one to notice this and gives them the right code, so i wait another week and have not herd so i called my Ins company and beth once again messed up and did not resend my paperwork with the DS code. They wanted a second round of paperwork. This women is killing me here. My surgery is in 15 days and on the books and she can't even get it RIGHT!!!!!!! Good thing once they get the correct paperwork it only takes 4 days but they need the right stuff. Anyone have problems like this at Abbott?
