Off Topic, but maybe helpful

We got where we were by using food to blunt life's challenges. We had the surgery to get back to a healthier person and hopefully a new life with more positive actions.  Many a few years out find themselves back into old destructive habits. Maybe it is like my pappy said (or somebody else) " It's not what is said, but your reaction to it.)
I ran across this article that may remind us of what is important. I found one item self fullfilling: and that was getting and staying healthy. So here it is from the "getting rich slowly site"  I recommend reading the whole article.

The Psychology of Happiness----13 steps to a better life

True wealth is not about money. True wealth is about relationships, about good health, and about continued self-improvement.
