Finaly hit 70 lbs off!

It took only 12 months to lose 60 but 7 months to lose 10. Glaf I'm here though. Only 12 more til my goal.

12 is totally do-able, Julie! Just do what you can that is within your control (protein firs****er, exercise, etc.) and your body will do the rest.

Keep on and you will be standing back in amazement soon enough!
