My husband found this website called ( food.com ) then when you get there search for (south beach diet phase one) and it brings you many recipes that are very low on carbs and healthy.
I have struggled for awhile now and this is a good diet to go on. So far this week I have lost 5 lbs.......
Just thought I would throw this out there incase you didn't know about it.
I have one more week on phase one then I move onto phase two. I am thinking I may just stay one phase one for another week or 2 extra..........

One idea on there for a treat is......
1 fudge bar popsicle
1 tsp peanut butter
2 tsp sugar free cool whip
melt fudge bar in microwave for 10 seconds then take off stick into bowl, add peanut butter and sugar free cool whip, mix all together then put in freezer for 1/2 hour.
you don't need to put in the freezer you can just eat right away if you wish........ it is nummy.......
