Allright I'm with you on the cake, but I eat bagels and cereal on a regular basis, and it hasn't stopped me losing weight.  I know, protein first, and I try to do complex carbs, but I do the carbs.  I also do the exercise, :-)

 Thanks Renae.  Ha ha.  You know I ate that piece of cake and felt sick afterwards as I knew I would and had to lay down for a half hour.  I don't know why I torture myself but it sure tasted good!
