Newbie with a profile question

This is my first post on the  message boards and I have a question that I should probably be able  to figure out the answer to.  I have switched surgeons and for some reason can not figure out how to change it on my profile.  Can anyone give me an idea how to do it?

Under the "My OH" tab you will see a link called "Surgeries".  This should list your previous surgeon.  You can click on the "x" and it will delete it.

Still no luck figuring it out! I went to OH and then surgeries, but I did not see a "x" to delete the current surgeon and looks like in order to add a new surgeon I need to have my date and I do not yet know it.
