My anniversary past and I forgot?!!

I had surgery August 1st 2006 and I keep forgetting my anniversary. I had the RNY and actually lost too much weight.
I am wanting so bad to get plastic surgery, breasts, arms and upper legs. I just have no idea how much something like that is going to cost. I am hoping for one surgery. I want implants too as I have a protruding breast bone and OUCH it hurts! I cannot lay on my tummy.

I began at 216 and am now 102 and 5' 1 1/2 inches. Tiny boned and my skin looks like an elephant! I keep singing the sing do you Boo** hangs low, do they wobble to and fro....I am wondering if anyone knows a cheap surgeon who is good and ABOUT how much they think this will cost? I live in Southern MN, neaar Wisc border and will have to pay cash.

Hubby wants me to not get the surgery but I look horrible and no shirt fits me, my breasts hang way down!

I believe after all I have been through, wow I could write a book about my life anyway, I deserve this! I have about 10k and will have to charge if it costs anymore.

Does anyone know a good cheap doctor in MN or WI? One that will do arms, breasts, thighs at same time?

I know, hard questions.

First of all, I don't know a thing about plastic surgery. But have you checked out the Plastic Surgery forum here on OH? They may not know of a MN surgeon but they sure can tell you all about the surgery itself. That would be my first stop.
