Some Really Good Tips

Me? I am really proud of the fact that I rarely drink anything but Crystal Light (or the store brand versions) these days. I have all but given up my latte's (more a financial thing than caloric, as I always got the Northern Lights version at Caribou - but STILL!), and as far as pasta is concerned, I eat very little of that anymore either. If I make spaghetti, I'll put a small forkful in the center of my plate, then bury it with meat sauce.
What DO you do, or CAN you do to shave some unnecessary calories from your daily intake?
