Prayers - swing chickens - whatever you do.......

My nephew deployed to Kuwait today - once there, he will know if he is going to Iraq or Afghanistan.  Please keep him and our family in your thoughts, prayers and chicken swinging for his safe return.  He  is married to Samantha and they are expecting their first baby, a daughter who will named Emilynn, in September.  They are a young couple and he knew going into this that he may be deployed.  We will stand united as a family and stay strong. 

Please remember to thank a soldier when you see them, they risk their lives for us to have the freedom we have.  We may not agree with the War, but we MUST support or men and women that are sent there!

Thanks and I will keep you updated as this very long year unfolds.  I cannot post to Facebook yet, as they leave today and we cannot release that information and possible put them in harms way.  Once they have arrived, I will be posting more info on my Facebook page for those of you who are my friend there!!

I will pray for him as I do for my niece's husband who was deployed today as well.  Also a friend of mine's fiance went today as well.   They both were heading to Kuwait first as well.  My niece and her husband have 3 small children.  I will pray for the families here behind as much as the soldiers.  They all have a rough road ahead. 

 Kelly...keeping your nephew and your family in my prayers. God Bless him and all the soldiers serving our country...they are the HEROES!!
