Wow another Monday! Report in...

 Better week for me--I was careful to try and record everything I ate and really track calories, and it seems to have made a difference.  

Starting weight:  298.4
Last week:  145.1
This week: 144.2
This week:  Loss of 0.9 lbs.

I think I've pretty much found my "sweet spot" for maintenance.  It relies on a lot of exercise, which is okay because then I can eat more.  

I ran my 4-mile route again this morning, this time in the "reverse" direction.  Okay, I know it's not logical, but the hills seemed a lot harder this morning.  I had to walk up a couple of them.  Still, I finished the whole thing in this humidity, so that's good.

Ive stopped obsessing on the actual numbers but I did weigh in at my med refill appt the other day and Im down to 170!

I started at 265 before pre-surgery WL

Im more interested in my clothing sizes!

 I am still in a stall so no loss this week again.  I don't get it.  I mean I have been eating bread, ice cream, snacking all the time, and not eating enough protein.  Why can't I lose weight?!?!.  I am just kidding.  I hate when people post on the forum saying they don't get why their not losing weight but when they list the things they ate...well duh!!!  I think it's because i'm nearer to my appropriate weight and I am just in a long stall.  Good thing is I haven't gained an ounce.  I will break this stall eventually!!

Still truckin' along... still can't believe how little I eat!

Last Week: 262.8
Today: 259.4
