Well, I'm actually not trying to do this, but I am still losing.  If you saw how much I eat, you'd be wondering how that is happening.  I keep worrying that I'm eating too much and going to go the other way, but it isn't working like that.  Will I ever NOT feel guilty about what I am eating?

Awesome Renae!!

I haven't lost an ounce since I started my new job but i've lost 1 1/2 inches in the chest and 2 inches in my waist and 2 inches in my hips so i'm pretty stoked about that.  I believe I have probably lost fat but have been gaining muscle.  I've managed to not gain any weight which is fine by me.  I'm ready to drop a few lbs again though.  ;)

Your new job sounds like a great fitness tool, LOL.  Good for you that you are tracking other health indicators, like measurements.  I am sure you are building a lot of muscle.    The loss will continue to happen--you are actually losing fat and gaining muscle if your weight is staying the same.

I had one of my most positive weeks ever. It is not because i lost weight (which I did) but because I was able to stop and reverse my weight regain. I was helping my son on a home remodel, three floors, 12 hour days, 87 degrees. I loved it. I was so amazed that I had the stamina to go all day long.
I lost about 10 of the 25 i had regained from Jan-June. maybe half of that was water (but i drank at least three liters a day.) but whatever the loss, i was too busy to snack, ate reasonable quantities
. protein first., used work as a calorie burner.
So I have the confidence to ensure that I will be a long term loser, not a long term weight regainer.
