It's Tuesday, time for post-holiday weigh-in
Okay, I was sooo bad this weekend! If it was bad for me, I ate it. Pasta, ice cream, chocolate chip cookie, hash browns, buttered corn, you name it. And yes, it showed on the scale.
I guess I have lots of miles to go on the treadmill this week.
Starting weight: 298.4
Last week: 147.5
This week: 148.0
This week: Gained 0.5 lbs this week.
I was lucky it wasn't worse, and I'm still below goal weight, but I was trying to gain a little "cushion." Not there yet....

Lost 2.4 pounds this week. I'm good with that. I find now that I'm falling back into bad habits (a cookie here or there.. or I'm loving frozen yogurt lately and I realize that I should be eating better things. However, I will admit that even if I do 'cheat' it's SO much less than I used to eat, so that makes me feel a bit better. 1 cookie won't absolutely kill me it's way better than the dozen I would have eaten before!)
