hi all..........woohooo hoo hoo...Ihave now offically lost more than I currently weigh...reaching my first goal weight last week!! and exceeding it by nearly 4 pounds.Only you fellow OH'ers understand just how wonderful this feels.......thanks to all of you for your support and friendship!!

before surgery 318lb surgery date..297lb goal.....160lbs

laughing.............oh Paul...:) I certainly wont be eating hot dogs......I'm working this week end anyway. I am off on vacation for a week starting Tuesday, I will be relaxing poolside then..:)
