Happy Monday! Weigh-in Time!
I'm a little surprised by this week and last week's numbers. I've been eating more 'normal' food (well, as much as I can when you only eat a few bites at a time!) Last week I was in Mexico and lost 5 pounds and this week I had a hard time going back to only protein so I admit that I had more carbs then usual and I still lost more than I was losing per week when I wasn't eating carbs. I think maybe my body is happier with a few more calories than I was giving it before. Sweet :)

I don't know how, but I had a very good week. My daughter graduated from college on Saturday, I went to three parties this weekend, and I REACHED GOAL WEIGHT this week! Woot!

This week: Lost 4.3 lbs this week. I can hardly believe it!
Saturday is my second 5K run, and training has been going better. Hopefully I can run the whole thing this time--I have been doing more than 5K in my training runs, but those are on the treadmill.
