3 year out, down 150lbs!

It's hard to believe three years have passed since I got my band. Back then I never dreamed of losing even 100lbs, let alone 150lbs!

I could make this post drag on but I guess I'll just say a few things. My life has changed in all the wonderful ways that I dreamed it would: I feel healthy, I have energy, I am more outgoing, I have more opportunities in all aspects of my life and I can breathe better. My life has been 100 percent upgraded.

It took COURAGE and a little HOPE to start this journey and DETERMINATION and a lot of PATIENCE to continue this journey. It's a lifelong journey but I'm willing to fight for my health!

I never forget I'm a fat girl... and I never wish to. I know where I came from and I'm tough as nails because of it. I'm dedicated to myself and my future and that's why I fight against obesity every day.

Thank you all for supporting me in this great journey. I couldn't have done it without my friends, near and far. I've had SO MANY ups and downs, but I came out on top and I couldn't be happier!

And finally...... I realized today that I can fit in my suitcase.. LOL

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

WOO HOOOoo! Congratulations, 150 lbs, that is fabulous!

I burst out laughing at the suitcase picture! You look like something from a CSI episode, you know, without the decomp! ROFLMAO! I know I am twisted!

I am so glad that this has brought such great things to your life. You've worked hard and have earned this success and girl, it look good on you! Be healthy, be happy!
