It's a New Monday--time to Weigh-In
Well, whatever I'm doing seems to have kicked in for this week, thank goodness. I was busy at the Sheep and Wool Festival all weekend, and I know I forgot to eat a couple of times, plus I was very busy. So perhaps that helped, even though I didn't exercise at all. (No showers, and my camper water-heater was acting up.)
Anyway, something worked:

Couch to 5K has been kicking my butt! I am severely out of shape but I am keeping at it. After a month of no weight loss, I have been dropping pounds again two weeks in a row. Exercise, rigorous or not seems to have done the trick.

Well I spent last week at an all inclusive resort in Mexico, so I wasn't expecting a whole lot.. but this was a great week! Go figure :) Plus I've now lost more than 50lbs. Wow. It's gone by in the blink of an eye.

according to the nurse I talked to on the phone...Im not eating enough...so I started forcing in some more food and gained 5lbs back
So tomrrow when I go see her...Im going to tell her I was doing fine losing and feeling good...I will eat when Im hungry...no more follwing someone elses idea of what my body needs!
