I am looking for a good iPhone App (doesn't have to be free) for tracking:
- Water intake
- Protein intake
- Calories
- Workout time

I've used Sparkpeople and "Lose It!" before... is there something better out there for us WLS people?

Thanks!
Lisa

I don't have a phone app, but online I use Lance Armstrong's site : Livestrong.com. The section called daily plate allows you to track intake and exercise calories. So you can set a calorie goal and add exercise to bring down your totals for the day. It has a pretty comprehensive list of foods to get the nutrition numbers from. There is a free section and an available upgrade

Here is the URL for the myplate section, if it won't load take all after.com
