And congrats! They say if you can "maintain" after 3 or 4 years you are a success. And you ARE! You should be very proud of the road you've travelled.

I've passed my 4 years too. But I keep the picture of Sandie and I at my desk posted so that I see it everyday, to remind me where I've come from.
