Monday Morning Weigh-in time again
Hi All: Hope everyone is doing well. I did not have quite so successful a week this week. Could be I didn't exercise this weekend, and could be I ate a bit too much at Easter dinner yesterday. No chocolate bunnies, tho, so that was good. But I used up all my willpower resisting the chocolate bunny, so then I didn't exercise when I got home last night like I planned. It shows:
Starting weight: 298.4
Last week: 156.6
This week: 156.2
This week: Lost 0.4 lbs this week.
I have been running a lot, 3 x per week, and I am routinely running 3.1 miles each time now. Yay! That's on the treadmill, but it's easier on my knees. I'll lose that last 6 lbs eventually...

Lost exactly 3lbs this week. Which is pretty amazing considering there was a bag of mini chocolate & peanut butter eggs in my house all week! My family went to Bonfire for Easter Brunch yesterday and instead of eating plates and plates of food that the rest of my extended family ate, I had an itty bitty bit of a lot of things. Shrimp, fish, eggs, sausage, mini muffin and even chocolate strawberry for dessert. I didn't feel like I was 'deprived' at all and yet I also wasn't able to eat a lot of anything. I am so in love with my sleeve. :)

I didn't start my Couch to 5k today like I had planned but I have a really good excuse.
I climbed the fire tower in town with my boys which was 9 flights = 135 stairs. Also there were about 20 massive steep steps up a hill leading to the tower made out of railroad ties and more hill to climb after that. Later on I went kayaking for 4 hours on the mighty Mississippi. I definitely got a good workout for my legs and upper torso today.

Not sure what my weight was last week, but starting this week, I am back at it and going to work hard to lose the extra weight.
