93 pounds post op(almost 14 weeks) at least 143 since the life style make over started. It's funny how the 2 weeks I've only made it to the gym 3 times my weight loss has been greatest.

Can't wait for all that good Easter treats:) lmao.

Finally a sunny day here on the tundra maybe the first round of golf finally. 2/3 family gatherings sometimes the looks are funny at how little you have on your plate compared to others. It's like wow where do they put it all?

3 month follow ups last week. What a waste of time nut took all my intake and exercise info and said keep up all the good work. Didn't have any questions for the doc so it lasted about 5 minutes.

Can't wait for a much more active summer.

Have a great week everyone!!!

Congrats on your success thus far and just you wait...lots more to follow!!  I thought the same today as were were at a brunch, where do they put it?  Forgetting we've been there before.  I also remembered to as if I could get the children's price since I would not be having more than one plate and of course they said yes and were very nice about it.  Funny how Brunch does not excite me nearly as much.  I have however to compensate for the cost, put the cost in the bracket of social fun and not food or I'd miss out on too much!  Happy Easter!!  Donna

That is a lot of hard work. Keep it going. Adopt your current behavior as your new lifestyle. Weigh, measure, journal, exercise and don't allow old habits to creep into you new life!. You are doing great, keep it up.
