Good Monday morning--weigh in time!

Hope everyone had a good week.  I was feeling down, because I'm working so hard and my weight loss has slowed to a crawl.   I figured if I lost anything this week it was in tenths of a lb.  Then I looked at last week's number and was pleasantly surprised.  Still slower than I would like, but I'll take any loss at this point.

Starting weight:  298.4
Last week:  159.6
This week: 158.3
This week:  Lost 1.3 lbs this week.

Gotta keep on plugging away...

My slowest week yet, but I'm just going to roll with it.  See what happens this week :)

I have been stalling every other week so I was prepared for another one this morning.  To my surprise I lost weight this week.  (two weeks in a row!)   I have my 3 month check-up this week and I am hoping to see a 170 number before then.  I've seen it over the weekend but so far haven't been able to maintain it.  I am sooo close!

I always found that when I stalled when doing everything right, I was actually  losing inches!  So fear not, you're still going in the right direction.

I am in maintainence and doing well.  I am 2 wks out from my tummy tuck, breast lift and aug.  A bit nervous!  But will be glad when the extra skin is gone. I dropped weight this week, not sure why but that's ok, I know I'll go up a couple of pounds too.  In a range I am ok with now.

Hi all! Just starting my weekly wiegh-ins. Just a little background info: Lap band May 2005 @ 310 lbs - got down to 230 started having swallowing troubles. Host of problems in between and started gaining everything back. Stopped exercising, too. Have a cyst between aorta and spine that caused problems with my esophogus so had to have a revision. 3/17/11 left knee arthrosocopy for knee damage and arthritis. 3/21/11 revised to RNY as VSG would put the same pressure on the esophogus. Back to exercising and walking. Today is 3 week surgiversary!!!

Hi Everyone! Happy Monday!

Yesterday was my official 3 month Surgiversary! I am so happy with the way my Sleeve is working! I've been trying to really hit the gym hard lately and it's definitely showing on the scale!

Happy to have lost 4 more pounds! I am 7 weeks out today and I am still trying to find out what I can and cannot eat. Fish is still my preferred choice.

I am 4 weeks behind you and I think you are doing great!!! Hang tough! Fish is still my preference too!! I love seafood to begin with and to know this is something I can eat regularly is awesome!!
