This week - Lost 1.80 pounds
My weight loss has really slowed now but it's still a loss. I go one week where I stall and then maybe lose 2 pounds the next week. I am so close to the 170's. How exciting!

This Week: 272.0
Lost 3.8 pounds this week.
Just .2 lbs shy of my 4 pound a week goal (like I really have any control over it! *laugh*) But considering the kids were out of school all last week and we had a lot of 'on the run/out and about' meals, I'm super excited that my weight loss kept on going!

This week: Lost 1.7 lbs this week.
I am really noticing that I don't lose (or backslide) on days that I don't exercise. It's a good reminder to keep active every day. But I do need some rest days!
The 5K race I'm running is this coming Saturday--woo hoo. I'm getting a bit nervous about it, but I just have to keep reminding myself that it's okay to walk some of it. I don't need to run the whole thing, I can do intervals. I did 3 miles on the treadmill this morning.
