I want to make chili... but finding 10 different kinds of beans and special things for an amazing chili is really hard here in Korea... is there a delicious, yet EASY, recipe for chili that doesn't involve a slow cooker?

Thanks for any tips!

Hey E!

This stuff is pretty good for cheater's chili - I've had it before.  You can use ground turkey, add corn...  jazz it up however you like!

Happy eatin'!!

There are o many ways to make chili, and being you are living out of town, I don't know what meats are available to you, but here is a site with 10+variations of chili from vegitarian to Turkey. Whwn I am cooking, I usually look at three or four recipies and pick what spices and add ons look good to me. Cilantro is one of those spices that some like and some don't, adding heat is also very personal. Remember to cook for your audience, many times we cook for ourselves and others are not so thrilled.

If you Google Penzeys Good Basic Chili, the recipe provided is so easy to make that I have done it with success (which means only positive comments from family members).  Good luck!!
