Is it Monday already? Weigh in?
I am still hanging in there. I am still up a few from my low and have not reached my original concepted goal, but at -150 pounds I am still extremely thankful for the journey.
I had my exercise already and am facing the day at 222 pounds.
I found this site for my mental goals toward success.

Great article Paul, thanks for sharing.
Am holding steady in maintanence.
Highest 270
Current 117
Lost 153lbs
I have leveled out now and am working out 4-5 times a week and have actually put on some much needed muscle!
I am buying clothes in a size 4 now I have to work every single day to plan my food and drink my liquids and workout. I know it would be easy to slip back into old habits. Some days are better than others. Weighing myself every morning is my instant reminder and helps set up a mindful start for the day. I just have to get better about calcium, I seem to forget it because I have to space it out with other stuff so they don't interfere with one another.
Am scheuled for a tummy tuck, Breast lift and small aug on April 25th. I'm having bad rashes under the skin and will be happy when it's gone.
Have a great week you all!

4lb loss this week! This is exciting to me because I had lost 2 pounds early last week and then sat at 277 for the past 5 days. I was just assuming I'd have a 2lb loss for the week but I stepped on the scale and dropped 2 more pounds yesterday. Woo hoo.

Now: 154lbs... just sitting here... 2lbs up, 2lbs down... my body seems to like it here, but I would love to lose a few.

Wow, Monday flew by and I didn't even post! Didn't do so great this week, but I did better than I thought. At least it was a loss:
Starting weight: 298.4
Last week: 162.3
This week: 161.3
This week: Lost 1 lb this week.
Started Week 7 of the Couch to 5K--two more weeks until my race!! This week is 35 minutes of walk 1 minute, run 4 minutes repeated. I did the first day yesterday, and it went okay. Can't wait until it's a bit warmer outside so I can run outside instead of on the treadmill.
