Weigh-in time!  Fess up--how did you do last week?

I am still running, and it's getting a bit easier, although the C25K program keeps upping the ante.    This week I will be doing over 2 miles walk/run, but mostly running.

Starting weight:  298.4
Last week:  165.4
This week: 163.6
This week:  Lost 1.8 lbs this week.

I think i'm officially in a stall.  I'm not getting too down about it.  I knew it would happen.

Starting weight 235
Last week 189
This week 188.8
This week - Lost .2 pounds

I've only lost .6 pounds in two weeks :(
At least i'm still losing even if it's a tiny increment.

I stalled at about 6 weeks out from surgery, a lot of people do--this might be about the same for you.  Hang in there, sounds like you have a good attitude about it.

I'm stalled out, too. No wgt loss this week, but I keep on keeping on.

 Hey, I'm up a couple, but not for long. I will be done with my IRS stress induced bad habits and onto a colonoscopy cleansing diet. I am sure it will all be balanced out by next Monday.  I'm not going to jump, just keep on trying to care for myself so nobody else has to.
