I attended a few weeks ago and I loved meeting everyone.  I promised someone ( and shame on me - I cannot remember her name) that I would bring my bag (which is now bags) of clothes that are 16/14's).

Can anyone tell me where the group is meeting - and if you are the person that I talked to about my clothes give me a shout out and let me know if you will be there because I want to follow through and bring you these clothes!!!

 I am so glad I was able to go today. There weren't as many people as usual because it was so nasty outside, but I really needed the support and tips about food, diet and how to transition to my new challenges, now that I am 12+ months out. Love the group support, and it was nice to meet some pre-surgery newbies!

 OK, I'm totally new to this; in the process of prepping to have surgery, date unknown.  I just got the insurance prior authorization.   Was looking for support group input.  So what is this Saturday coffee thing all about?

There's a group that gets  together at either Panera in burnsville or Caribou in Byerlys in Eagan.  I think next week will be Caribou.  It's a great time talking to each other about our surgeries,day to day challenges and victories.  Everyone is welcome who has had any of the surgeries.  It meets at 8:30 on Saturday mornings.

I should also add its for those who are considering surgery.  I know there has been several people that have come who are just thinking about it or it is scheduled.

I enjoyed meeting you all this morning- such a welcoming group!   I'm going to be a regular now.
