 Good morning, all!  Hope you had a good week.  Mine was pretty good--I finished Week 3 of the Couch to 5K, I'm on to Week 4, which is a big step up in workout intensity.  Hope I can manage it.

Starting weight:  298.4
Last week:  168.3
This week: 165.4
This week:  Lost 2.9 lbs this week.

Must be all that running.  :-)

Good job Renae!  I tried running outside the other day.  Boy, it sure is different than running in place.  Shin splints all weekend.  Gotta get out more.

I need to do that, too.  I'm afraid I won't be able to run at all when I can finally get outside.

Boo for shin splints--that sounds painful.  Ice and rest!!

I finally feel good for the first time this past week.  I think I got all the kinks out of what's been bothering me and have been eating like I should and drinking more.  I attribute this to my slower progress this week as my body adjusts to my more regular habits.  Happy to see that it was at least a lower number. :)
