Good morning, all! Hope you had a good week. Mine was pretty good--I finished Week 3 of the Couch to 5K, I'm on to Week 4, which is a big step up in workout intensity. Hope I can manage it.

I finally feel good for the first time this past week. I think I got all the kinks out of what's been bothering me and have been eating like I should and drinking more. I attribute this to my slower progress this week as my body adjusts to my more regular habits. Happy to see that it was at least a lower number. :)
