On the brink of Onederland!
I can't believe I'm 1 # away from Onederland! I need to not be upset about what I read on the boards....everyone responds/reacts to this surgery differently. Everyone loses wgt at a different rate. Everyone's journey is unique.
I have to create a program that will work for me or I'll quit. I have to create my own workout program so it fits my personality and lifestyle or I'll quit. I have to keep working my program and changing/modifying it as I lose wgt. I have to be encouraged/motivated, even in the tough times, or I'll quit.
I am not a quitter. In fact, my Dad nicknamed me 'Bulldog' many years ago because I'm not a quitter....I sink my teeth in and hang on.
I am working my food and workout programs. I will succeed. I have modified my workouts as I've lost wgt to increase the rigorousness of the program. I will succeed. I am encouraged/motivated by postings on the MN forum and by friends and family. All things are possible with God. I will not fail.
I should change my username to Bulldog!
