Medic alert bracelets?

Do any of you wear medic alert bracelets/necklaces saying you've had gastric bypass, no NSAIDS, no blind NG tube, etc? If not, do you keep that info in your wallet?

I had one and wore it for about 6 months after surgery...now I don't even know where it is. Probablly should dig it out...

I don't wear one. My hospital/bariatric program provided me with a card to put in my wallet that stated all the info and my surgery date with thier contact information.

Yes, this was my experience, too. Besides I have quite a few other "health complications" there would not be room to get it all printed on the bracelet. Just keep a list of allergies, meds and something saying you had bariatric surgery with you at all times.
