This week: Lost 3 lbs this week.
I know it's the Couch to 5K workout I am doing that's helping. Race day=April 9th. Anybody who wants to do it with us is welcome--walk or run, doesn't matter.

Hi Everyone!
Still fighting this rotten stall. I am following the rules, but just not losing all that much on the scale. Inches, however are falling off faster that I can keep up with them. The majority of my clothes are hanging off of me...so I am consoled by this.

Which 5k are you running/walking?? I did the Reindeer Run that was in December, in Sorrels...I'd love to do another one in my tennies!!
