Not from Minnesota BUT... Pretty Damn close!
Glad you're with us! go to vitalady.com And they offer samples, although I don't buy from them because the shipping is too high. I like Optimum whey gold standard and, of course, Unjury chicken soup. I order from vitaminshoppe.com, cuz no matter how much you order the shipping is ~ $3.99. Champion whey protein is good, too.
I was using Vitamin World's whey protein for awhile, but it's too sweet and doesn't mix well. [I hate clumps] The above mixes well.
Blessings!

Anyways thanks again
Hi and welcome-
I've spent a couple of vacations in Thunder Bay and the surrounding area...
As far as protein goes I am pretty picky since it all smells like spoiled milk to me but I have found that AnyWhey from Amazon.com is the least offensive and easiest to mix into stuff, they even give ideas as to how to use it in baked goods and other stuff besides shakes.
Kelly has tons of good ideas!
It would be great for you to visit our groups down her, I have not been able to attend a lot of them but when I have there are always quite a few men!
Keep us updated and welcome!

I am pre surgery and have found I actually really like the EAS advantedge carb control and the Premier protein, these are premixed ready to go. I also have tried the Eas powder which isn't bad either.
I actually went to GNC and a couple local nutrition stores and bought a few single serving packets of various brands. To test them out. a couple were the - no way in hell could I drink this. others were the if I have to and some were quite good.
Celebrate is another site that will send samples, just email them - they sent vitamins and proteins supplements at no cost.
Best of luck with your surgery, and I say anyone else nuts enough to live in a cold weather climate - is welcome to join us..
