Monday Morning Weigh-In

Well, I had a great long weekend, despite the snow, but the blizzard kept me inside and away from the workout room yesterday.  I know, excuses, excuses.  At least I got up this morning and trudged my way through.  Finished the first week of my Couch to 5K plan--so far, so good. 

Mary Margaret is up for doing the 5K with me on April 9th--anybody else?  I need goals to keep me going.  :-)

Starting weight:  298.4
Last week:  173.1
This week: 171.3
This week:  Lost 1.8 lbs this week.

That darn weather keeps on getting in the way!  LOL  Hey you lost still anyways.  Great job!
I got on the treadmill for the first time after my surgery today and even managed a half hour.  I hope to keep it up.  :)

Starting weight - 235

5 lbs gone, good for you!  And 1/2 hour on the treadmill is great, keep it up.

I have been using the treadmill for my Couch to 5K training, but it freaks me out.  I get off it and still feel like the ground is moving for about 5 minutes afterward.  Weird.

I want to start the couch to 5k thing too.  Only thing I can do right now is  walking/running in place.  It is boring but then that is just an excuse.  Lol.
