Who do you recommend for Plastic Surgeon - Dr Fasching

 OK, I'm going to get additional consult for some plastic surgery.  I've lost 153 lbs and have extra skin.  

Insurance OK'd a Panniculectomy  and I am in the process of trying to get them to approve a breast lift.  I've had nonstop Interitus Infections (rashes under the extra skin) and am seeking much needed relief.

I have heard good things about Dr Michael Fasching out of Plymouth.  Anyone care to share information on him with me?  Anyone done the Mommy Makeover?  Any idea what his prices are like?  I'd like to do an implant because once they lift my breasts I don't have enough volume left in them.  I'm ok with that.

I just want this to be done by someone who will do a nice, safe, competent job.  So please chime in with any suggestions you have for me.  As always it is appreciated!

I met with Dr. Wilke at Edina Plastic Surgery - he said a Panniculectomy 99% of the time does NOT give the results that people are looking for as they only remove the extra skin - they don't tighten anything and they don't make it look pretty.. Actually EVERY plastic surgeon I've talked to has said that.  Just thought I'd share that with you so you're not disappointed in the end.

For me the Brachioplasty is $5,500 and the Breast Lift with Augmentation (gel implants) is $7,700.00.

Hi - I had a lower body lift and breast lift (no implants) done by Dr. Fasching back in 2004.  I was and still am very happy with my results.  It's been nearly 7 years and everything is still where he put it!  He was a very caring and skilled surgeon.  His staff was also wonderful.  I would recommend doing the lower body lift rather than just the panni, even if you have to pay the difference.  Dr. Fasching cut all the way around and up the front.  He got my butt back up where it belonged and tightened my abdominals and got rid of the upper skin on my belly too.  The breast lift was worth it's weight in gold.  Finally no more tennis balls in tube socks!  I found I didn't need implants, I'm happy with my C/D cup depending on the bra.  I would have been happy even smaller as long as they are where they belong!

I paid $11K I think back in 2004.  I also went outpatient which saved a ton.  Remember how much you would pay for a new car - and remember that you are more worthy than a bucket of bolts!  :)
