I fear weight gain and/or NO weight loss!

"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Isaiah 41:10

I fear being a failure. I am not moving and am afraid I stretched my pouch and ruined everything.

I fear falling into old bad habits.  I don't want to screw up this gift of a 2nd chance.

Ditto here on the fears, but I will say I was at my annual WLS checkup and the fear of the pouch came up.  The doctor's question to the patient was "can you eat an 8 ounce steak?" If the answer is no, the pouch is doing it's job. The real question then is are you following the plan.

I actually fear about getting sick ....I mean to the point where I can't eat.  My daughter is 18 and puking her guts out right now as I type.   She has the flu!!!!   I worry that I will get sick, and BECAUSE of my small stomache I may not recover.  And then of course ....for how long it took for me to recover from the surgery ...I just worry about getting sick and having complications because I have done the surgery, and I think of not just for now (since kids are sick) but what if I am 70 and get cancer ...how will my surgery affect that as well!!!  I keep trying to put these thoughts aside, but they keep coming back!
