Good Evening Family,

This morning, I made it Onederland. (Do you realize how hard it is NOT to tell people, "Hey, I weight less than 200#". I decided to make a list of things I am grateful for:

~Food does not rule my life anymore
~Got off my high cholesterol medications
~Able to put on socks with ease
~Got rid of all my slip on shoes
~Bought all new TIE shoes
~I do not want to sit on the couch anymore and watch TV
~I want to get up and get out - be more active
~I enjoy experiences without the focus on food
~Movies without popcorn and soda (do you realize how much money I have saved on this alone?)
~A teeny tiny grocery bill
~Am learning to live life with all of this extra time, since I am no longer a slave to food
~Cut off my hair to celebrate the new me
~Friends tell me I look 15 years younger
~Exercise daily
~More productive at work, due to new energy level

I am grateful to all of my friends here on OH that have helped me along the way. I have a long journey ahead of me, and I am up for the challenge.

Thanks for being there!

~Mary-Margaret C

How exciting Mary Margaret! I am so very happy for you! I just want to say thank you for listing this and reminding me of the things I once struggled with. I am up 3 lbs and kicking myself. It seems like such a struggle and yet looking back, I see that we all have had harder struggles and have overcome them.

You keep going hon! You are looking FANTASTIC!
