Monday Morning Weigh-In
Wow, Jessica, how awesome! And you are now in Onederland, doesn't that feel great?
I didn't have a bad week either, considering I didn't exercise like I should--nasty cough was hanging on most of the week. It's finally better now, so I was on the elliptical last night. I know myself--once I start down the slippery slope of laziness, I have a hard time getting my discipline back.
Starting weight: 298.4
Last week: 177.4
This week: 175.5
This week: Lost 1.9 lbs this week.
Anyway, it's a loss and I'll take it!

I gained 2 lbs but have been working on trying to put on 5 lbs. BUT I've quit trying to eat a lot more and really focused on exercise and weights and that is what is working. I decided I just really needed more lean tone than just a few more lbs and am good with it. I feel in control again and out of my losing free fall. So I'm happy with it.
