Bragging Rights!

Aftern have WLS, you cannot always brag to your non-WLS friends, so her it goes.  I (along with Kelly, who you may know as part of WLS) are leaving for our first cruise on February 5th, and have been rock the shopping world since we both had a "zero" summer selection.  OMG - what fun it's been to shop!  Who would have thought we could every pick up a size 10 and go home knowing it would fit now or in a week or two.  I did not have WLS surgery to become a perfect size, rather to relieve knee paint based on future replacement and feel healthier.  My goals have all come true and I'm so proud of myself and all of you for what we have accomplished!  It has not always been easy, but it is worth the sacrifices!  Thank you for being my friend and part of the WLS process!  Lisa

Congrats to you Lisa!  What a great feeling!

I am jealous of your cruise--I love cruising!  My daughter is on a cruise to the Bahamas right now and I so wish I was there!

Have a great time, and rock those new bodies!!

Congrats, Lisa!  How much fun!  We go on our cruise in March and I too will have to get new summer clothes - I can't wait!  I know it is hard to get too excited in front of your non-WLS friends, especially if they are still overweight.  A lot of people just assume we gook the "easy way" out by having WLS - if they only knew!

Have fun - take lots of pictures!!
