3 1/2 month update
Hello all! I ment to post this right at 3 months but things have been crazy around my house. Anyways I have been feeling really good. I am able to eat pretty much anything and alot of it. Sometimes I forget I even had this surgery but my body will remind me. I am super happy I took instructions serious at the start because its easy to get back in habit. Do get me wrong, I have tested the waters, like eating candy again and tasting pop but for the most part, those are limited. The first time this month I tried Greek Yogurt. I thought it was going to be something I hated and I really like it. I probably don't hit my protein goals everyday but I choose not to use protein powder (its gross to me now). I haven't been to a coffee group in awhile and I feel bad but with winter and my daughters who always seems to get sick, I try to stay in as much as possible. I will post some new pictures later this week but for now, here is my loss so far.
Starting: 306 (Day I left hospital)
1 Month: 274 (-32 pounds)
2 Months: 261 (-13 pounds)
3 Months: 250 (-11 pounds)
Current (3 1/2 months): 242 (my goal for 4 months is to be 238. I hope to loss 12 pounds a month)

Wow! You are jamming. Keep trying for the protein, it helps your body so much. I counted it (and still do) loyaly, and have felt good the entire time.
